Convicted conman still MIA; stepson says he is capable of doing bad things
Nobody can find conman Chad Nichols.
13Investigates told you earlier this month that Nichols is supposed to be in prison for scamming a woman and wiping out her life savings. Nichols has been MIA since he was convicted in Albany County earlier this month.

Nichols’ stepson, Nate Lang said Nichols is capable of doing bad things.
“There was a point in time where I respected Chad Nichols. He was the money for this family for a long time. He’s not a good person.”
13Investigates met Lang at his home in Ballston Spa; a home where Nichols once lived.
Nichols and Lang’s mother were in a romantic relationship for more than a decade. Lang said Nichols will do anything to make a quick buck.
“That’s how he was. He was a hustler,” Lang said.
There are now two warrants out for Chad Nichols’ arrest: one in Albany County for scamming a woman out of $84K, the second one was put out this week for an investigation in Wilton Town Court.
The stepson said he doesn’t know where Nichols could be.
