Agreement reached between DOCCS and union representing striking prison workers

An agreement between the State Department of Corrections and the union representing striking prison workers could bring employees back to work Monday morning.

Thousands of workers began an unsanctioned strike three weeks ago calling for what say they are safer working conditions.

According to DOCCS, the agreement takes effect if at least 85% of staff returns to work.

But, as Dan Levy reports, just because an agreement is in place, it does not mean everyone is comfortable with it.
