Albany County funding opioid-use prevention.
Albany County is giving more than two million dollars to 14 organizations focused on opioid use disorder prevention, treatment, recovery, and supportive services.
The money comes from opioid settlement funded community grants.
It will be used for new or expanded initiatives that will ensure a long-term community recovery that will help curb the cycle of addiction.
