Albany County man pleads guilty to gun store burglary

An Albany County man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to stealing more than a dozen guns from a Colonie store.

Paul Gervasio, 37, admitted that he and his co-defendant Willie Moses stole from NY Shooter Supply on Nov. 14, 2024. They took 14 guns, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.

Police identified Gervasio as the getaway driver, and he was arrested by Colonie Police with help from Troy Police and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Gervasio faces 10 years in prison when sentenced on May 29.

Moses was sentenced to a 17-year prison term.
