Albany County releases details of next year’s budget

Albany County is unveiling details of their $756 million budget for next year.

It’s a $756 million budget – a nearly 6% increase from last year.
The budget remains under the tax cap.
County Executive Dan McCoy told NewsChannel 13 there will be no tax increase for the 10th year in a row.
The next step now is for the Audit and Finance Committee to review the budget. That starts October 19.
