ALBANY – An exhibit celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month opened Thursday. It is located on the second floor of the state Capitol.
It’s free, and open to the public. It features paintings and photographs of Hispanic and Latino artists.
The artwork is on display partly to explore societal experiences, and to document their communities through cultural identity and the diaspora.
The art’s on display until Oct. 14.
