New this year, festival organizers are partnering with CDTA to give shuttle rides to and from the event.
They are using the same locations as the tulip fest.
The parade kicks off at 11:45 a.m. Sunday morning, starting down State Street onto Lark Street, and then Madison Avenue.
The festival is then held in Washington Park, with food, drinks, vendors, and live entertainment.
One of the organizers of the event says this year, there is more for families to do as well.
