Albany man accused of rape in Clifton Park

An Albany man was sent to the Saratoga County Jail Thursday, accused of rape.
New York State Police say back on September 30, Nyzaiah Clemente, 22, sexually assaulted someone in Clifton Park.
He was being held on $40,000 cash bail or $75,000 bond.
