An Albany man is accused of throwing a brick through the window of a house.

Thomas C. Bruni, 51, allegedly banged on the front door and windows of the victim’s residence in New Scotland at about 1 a.m. on Friday. When deputies arrived, they found Bruni standing outside the house by the window that had been broken, police said.

Bruni was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and sent to the Albany County Correctional Facility. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday morning in New Scotland Town Court.
