Albany man admits to distributing explicit videos of girls as young as 6 months

An Albany man admitted on Tuesday to distributing and receiving child pornography – including videos involving girls as young as 6 months old.

Stephen Brisee, 30, admitted U.S. District Court that he images of adults performing sex acts on girls from infants to age 10, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. He also had images on his cell phone.

Brisee is a registered sex offender after being convicted for promoting a sexual performance by a child, and is on post-release supervision.

He faces 15 to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 when sentenced on Feb. 7.
