An Albany man was being arraigned on Sunday, after allegedly stealing from the Price Chopper on Central Avenue, and threatening people with a knife.

Larry Parker, 67, is now facing several charges.

He is also charged in connection with an incident on State Street, where he allegedly entered a building and stole multiple packages in September.
