Albany man facing child pornography charges

An Albany man has been found with child pornography, say police.

Calvin Cross, 27, was arrested at 19B Picotte Drive on Tuesday. Police had obtained a search warrant for the residence.

The photos and video include kids between 7 and 12 years old, say police. However, it’s unknown if Mr. Cross knew the victims, or if they’re local, police tell NewsChannel 13.

Cross is due in Albany City Criminal Court on Dec. 27.
