Judge Thomas Marcelle had harsh words upon delivering sentence.
“You don’t even begin to understand the horror of taking another human being’s life. It almost seems to me like you feel that it was some type of game, no big deal,” he said in a statement released by the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
“That isn’t life, that’s not how life is supposed to be conducted. For the next quarter of a century, you’ll be able to contemplate, hopefully, the horror which you imposed upon the victim’s family,” Marcelle went on to say.
