Albany man gets up to 17 years in prison for stealing guns, breaking into home

An Albany was sentenced to up to 17 years in prison after admitting to burglary charges.
Willie Moses, 49, pleaded guilty in Albany County Court on Wednesday to criminal possession of a weapon.
This satisfies two different cases. Moses was arrested in November after breaking into two different gun stores on Central Avenue, including New York Shooter Supply in Colonie and stealing more than five guns, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. He also was charged in a burglary of a residence.
