Albany man indicted in fatal October crash

A man has been indicted on vehicular homicide charges.

Jose Guevara Bonilla, 26, from Albany is facing four charges in this new indictment – including vehicular homicide, manslaughter, assault and leaving the scene without reporting.

The documents allege that he crashed into and killed Larry Cunningham on Third Avenue in Albany.
