Man on parole accused of firing shots in Albany

A 44-year-old Albany man is accused of firing several shots into the air earlier this month. Albany Police said Franklin Glass, who is on parole, fired the gun on March 1 around 9:15 p.m. while in the area of Westerlo Street and Trinity Place. No one was hurt.

Albany Police said Franklin Glass fired the gun on March 1 around 9:15 p.m. while in the area of Westerlo Street and Trinity Place. No one was hurt.

Glass was arrested on Tuesday and charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
