Pastor David Traynham knew there was a disconnect between minority communities and law enforcement, not only in the city of Albany, but everywhere.

That’s why he created Albany Law Enforcement Resolution, known as ALERT.

Traynham calls himself an advocate for both the community and law enforcement. With ALERT, he’s hoping to break down barriers between the two groups.
