Albany Police are investigating a shots fired incident. Police said the call came in at Wednesday at 7:40 p.m. for reports of shots being fired at the intersection of Lark Street and Spring Street.

“I just heard bang, bang, bang, and I was like oh my god,” one neighbor said.

Another witness from the scene said they heard four shots ring out.

Police also tell NewsChannel 13 that the front door of the Bitchin Donut’s incident was damaged in the gun fire.

Tania Sharlow owns the local donut shop and said one of the bullets shattered their front door.

“There’s definitely a bullet hole in the frame of our door. It’s shattered glass, so the front door just shattered and went everywhere,” Sharlow said.

There were no injuries to anyone from the incident.

Albany Police have not made any arrests yet and said the investigation is ongoing.
