Two police officers were honored in Albany on Friday for performing lifesaving actions for a man who collapsed at a Siena game last month.
Albany County Executive Dan McCoy, joined Police Eric Chief Hawkins to honor officers Ashley Cichetti and Matthew Friedrich for quickly springing into action to revive William Cummings.
Cummings sadly died two days later, but he was able to spend a little more time with his family, some of whom were there on Friday to thank them for giving Cummings the extra time.
