Albany Rescue Mission hosts 40th Easter dinner
Volunteers at the Capital City Rescue Mission in Albany are serving Easter dinners to those in need.

The executive chef and volunteers worked through the week, to prepare 1,800 meals.
Dinner will be served from 12 until 1:30 p.m. at the rescue mission on South Pearl Street.
On the menu – smoked ham with a honey glaze, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and yams.
There’s also cake and pumpkin pie for dessert.
Sunday marks the 40th year that the mission has been offering a free Easter meal.
