An Albany teen received 20 years to life after pleading guilty to murder charges.
An Albany teen received 20 years to life after pleading guilty to murder charges.
Aalias Gilbert, 17, was sentenced Monday afternoon.
Gilbert shot and killed a man with an illegal gun on Morton Avenue in July, according to the district attorney.
Gilbert had previously been arrested for robbing another teen of his sneakers in 2020. He was arrested again in 2022 for attacking a CDTA driver.
