Altamont Avenue reopens after power pole falls in Rotterdam

Altamont Avenue in Rotterdam is open again after an electric pole collapsed and caused several other poles to fall.
It started on Tuesday afternoon when National Grid crews were on scene for multiple power lines down, and knocked out power for more than 400 homes and businesses.
Altamont Avenue between Crane Street and Amsterdam Avenue was shut down. Utility crews will stay in the area for repairs, which could cause some delays.
