The Albany man accused of driving a motorcycle into a group of people in Lake George – killing two of them – was arraigned late Tuesday afternoon on a 13 count indictment.

Anthony Futia went before the judge virtually from Albany Medical Center Tuesday afternoon, where he’s been treated since the crash that killed James Persons and 8-year-old Quinton Delgadillo.

He’s accused of driving without a license and under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The top count is aggravated vehicular homicide, which carries a maximum sentence of 12.5 to 25 years in prison.

The judge remanded Futia to the custody of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
