The grand jury has been meeting for the past couple weeks.
NewsChannel 13 has reviewed a copy of next week’s county court calendar, which was released on Friday.
There’s a sealed indictment scheduled for arraignment.
It’s unclear who the defendant or defendants are because the indictment is sealed, but the attorneys listed for that matter are associated with that shooting case.

Greg Teresi is the attorney for off-duty Rutland County Sheriff’s Deputy Vito Caselnova and Teresi is listed as the defense attorney for the arraignment next week.
