A Stillwater man is accused of murdering his stepfather.

Stephen P. Surin Jr., 29, was charged with second-degree murder for the death of Richard J. Naze, said police.

Officers responded to a home on Gurba Drive South in the town of Stillwater at about 8 p.m. on Thursday for a report of a domestic incident. They found Naze there.

Surin was arraigned in Stillwater Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail without bail.

The Stillwater Police Department was assisted by the Mechanicville Police Department, Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police and the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office.
