Arrest made in string of Dalton car break-ins

Police in Dalton have arrested the person they think is behind a handful of car break-ins from March.
William Clemo, 18, has several charges, including breaking and entering and larceny under $1,200.
Clemo broke into 12 cars one night last March, said police, and only stole insurance cards. He then allegedly threw them away hours later.
Doorbell cameras were used in the investigation.
