Ballston Spa man pleads guilty to forcible rape

A Ballston Spa man had admitted to forcible rape.
Anthony Collins, 43, pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court on Thursday to first-degree rape.
Collins was arrested last June after police said he forced someone in Milton to have sex with him. He also hurt the victim’s finger by using it to open a door, investigators said.
Collins is scheduled to be sentenced on June 17.
