Body found near NY-Massachusetts border identified as woman missing since March

Williamstown Police have confirmed the body found off the Taconic Crest Trail not too far from the New York-Massachusetts border is Fae Morgana Barbone.

Barbone, 40, was last seen in the area in early March, which prompted extensive searches over several days by multiple agencies.

Her car was reported as being seen on a street in Augusta, Maine that same day.

There is no word yet on how she died.
