Boil water advisory lifted in Colonie
A boil water advisory for both the Town of Colonie and Village of Colonie was lifted Monday afternoon. The advisory was put into place after a water main break on Mill Road Friday around 5 p.m.
Crews from the Latham Water District have been working to repair the 20-inch main according to the Town of Colonie, which sent the advisory shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday to NewsChannel 13.
Sampling of the water done on Sunday and Monday showed no issues, the Latham Water District said.
