Boil water advisory lifted in Troy

A boil water advisory in Troy has been lifted.

The advisory was in effect after a major water main break flooded streets and damaged homes, on Monday.

The break sent gallons of water rushing in Lansingburgh.

The water main has been repaired, the city said.

Crews are sampling and testing the water. They determined it is safe to drink.
