Boy, 17, charged with Albany Academies threats

Albany Police say they have the person who threatened Albany Academies twice, earlier this month.

The two text message threats days apart caused the school to shut down twice in one week.

The 17-year-boy is charged with two counts of aggravated harassment. His name won’t be released due to his age.

He was released to his guardian and referred to Albany County Probation.
