Breeze to offer flights to South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida at Albany Airport
A low-cost airline will fly to South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida from Albany International Airport starting in June.
Breeze Airways will be flying to Charleston, South Carolina on Mondays and Fridays starting June 13. Tickets start from $49 one way. Flights to Raleigh-Durham will take place on Thursdays and Sundays starting on June 5. Prices also start at $49.
Service to Fort Myers, Florida will start on June 5 and will occur on Thursdays and Sundays. Service will be one stop, and no change of plane will be required.
Breeze Airways, whose slogan is “Seriously Nice,” was recently named Startup Airline of the year by the Centre for Aviation (CAPA) and recognized as a Four-Star Low-Cost Carrier at the 2025 Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) Five-Star and Four-Star Airline Awards.
“We’re grateful that Breeze will be providing low-cost and non-stop service to Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, but also to Charleston, South Carolina – an unserved route,” said Sam Fresina, chairman of the Albany County Airport Authority Board of Directors, in a statement.
Breeze Airways founder and CEO David Neeleman said there continues to be high-demand for Northeast residents for more travel options in the mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
