Brooklyn man charged in series of Capital Region Walmart thefts
A Brooklyn man was arrested in connection with a string of Walmart burglaries in Saratoga and Warren counties.
Delle Fisher stole more than $5,000 in merchandise from Walmart last summer, investigators said.

Delle Fisher stole more than $5,000 in merchandise from Walmart last summer, investigators said.
It happened at the Wilton Walmart in July and September and the Queensbury Walmart in August, police said.
He was trespassing as he was banned from all Walmart stores, according to police.
Fisher was arrested late last week as he was leaving Rikers Island.
He was arraigned in Wilton and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
