Bullet shatters window at Albany fire station
An Albany fire station was hit by a bullet early Monday morning. Officers responded to the Albany Fire Department's Engine 9 quarters at 356 Delaware Ave. around 2:40 a.m. for a report of shots fired, police said.

Officers responded to the Albany Fire Department’s Engine 9 quarters at 356 Delaware Ave. around 2:40 a.m. for a report of shots fired, police said.
They observed a shattered window near the intersection of Marshall Street and Delaware Avenue and evidence consistent with gunfire, police said.
Investigators do not believe that the fire department was the intended target of the incident. Albany Police are following up on active leads.
No one was injured.
