There are two groups that will be out cleaning up.
The first starts at 9 a.m. and will be cleaning up along the Mohawk Hudson bikeway in Rotterdam.
The other will start at 10 a.m. at the Erie Canal-way trail at Lions Park.
They recommend anyone who comes to wear sturdy shoes, long pants and gloves.
Volunteers are also needed to help clean up the Olde English Downtown Dog Park on North Pearl Street, and the African American Cultural Center on South Pearl Street in Albany.
Rakes, shovels, gloves, and garbage bags will be provided.
A free lunch will also be provided.
Both events are happening until 2 p.m.
