Questar III BOCES in Castleton hosted a reunification exercise training on Thursday.
The goal was to train school and law enforcement leaders on how to plan for, and reunite students and their parents or guardians in the event of an unexpected release or emergency at a school.
That comes into play when students are moved off campus in an emergency situation, and parents need to know where to find them.
A second day of training is also planned.
