Central Hudson has a new CEO, after the utility dealt with a billing disaster.
Christopher Capone has been tapped as the new leader.
The utility is trying to recover from issues with a new billing system that was launched in 2021.
It led to thousands of customer complaints, and state investigators looked into the issue.
Congressman Pat Ryan called for the utility’s new former CEO to step down earlier this year because of all the problems.
