Childcare grant application deadline extended

You now have a little more time to apply for a childcare provider workforce grant.

The state office of children and family services announced today that the deadline for applying for those grants has been extended until December 14th.

Eligible providers must be OCFS-licensed or -registered child care programs, or enrolled legally exempt group child care programs.

OCFS has already received more than twelve thousand applications.
