Clifton Park gift shop has you covered for Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is only two days away, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to grab that last minute Mother’s Day gift.

Wit’s End in Clifton Park is marking is 49th Mother’s Day. The employees there are the perfect people to help you find that perfect gift. That’s because dozens of them are local mothers.

Owner of Wit’s End, Susan Hoffman, said she hires a lot of moms because she knows the importance of moms having a support system.

“Moms have to wear a lot of different hats,” Hoffman explained. “We sometimes have to work, take the hat off, run home, run to the school bus, pick up our child, take care of the child, we have to do lots and lots and so I’ve always tried to have this atmosphere of warmth and compassion and understanding for what moms go through, I’m a mom myself and I’ve had to do it.”

All while being a busy mom, Hoffman has turned her company into a massive 30 thousand square foot business filled with great gifts, especially last minute gifts for the moms in your life.
