A Clifton Park man accused of holding someone against their will appeared in court.

Jeremy Vanwormer was charged in August with criminal mischief and unlawful imprisonment.

State Police responded to a Clifton Park residence for reports of a domestic incident.

The investigation determined that Vanwormer argued with the victim.

His next court date is set for November 2, Clifton Park Town Court said.
