GTM Payroll Services is expanding its offerings

The Clifton Park company just launched GTM Insurance Agency, providing new insurance and employee benefit offerings and the ability to integrate them with payroll and the HR solutions.

GTM President and CEO Guy Maddalone, who founded the company in 1991, is excited about the expansion.

“GTM Insurance Agency has now been launched into the small business space. We’re really excited about that because we get to take all the things that we’ve been doing for 30 years – that’s delivering good human capital management technology and marry the insurance products with it,” he said.

The new venture greatly expands GTM’s range of services, which Maddalone said means better insurance carrier selection for their clients for both employee benefits, general liability, personalized home, auto and life insurance and even cybersecurity insurance, which a lot of people are worried about.

Looking ahead, Maddalone aims to grow the company and give back to the community.

“Our goal with GTM is to continue to be a community-based company, locally-owned that not only provides employment for over 100 employees, but we want to grow that significantly. We also want to be a good corporate citizen and give back to our local businesses by patronizing them as well as to some of our charities,” he said.
