Construction expected to start soon on Costco in Guilderland, along with a new medical center.
Construction is beginning soon on a Costsco and a new medical center in the town of Guilderland.
The Costco is going up near Crossgates Mall at the intersection of Western Avenue and Crossgates Mall Road.
While originally expected to be complete by the end of the year, according to the town, Crossgates released a statement on Tuesday said: “The store is unlikely to open in 2025, but more details will be provided soon.”
The medical center will be a New York Oncology and Hematology Treatment Center. It will not be ready until the end of 2026.
Homes and trees will be demolished to make room for the new buildings.
