The Corinth apartment where a 3-year-old girl died has been condemned.

Joycelynn Dylewski died nearly two weeks ago.

The Corinth building inspector found the home unsanitary, he said.

Emergency responders arrived to her family home, for a report of a child not breathing. Investigators are working to find out what exactly happened.

Meanwhile, Samantha and Matthew Dylewski, Jocelynn’s Parents, are facing five counts each of endangering the welfare of a child.

The charges are in connection with five different children, including Jocelynn.

They were both charged again last week with criminal contempt, for allegedly violating a court order of protection that prevents them from being near their four other children.
