Corinth man accused of forcing person to have sexual contact

A Corinth man is facing sexual abuse charges.

David R. Bodenstab, 64, allegedly forced a person to engage in oral sexual conduct and sexual contact, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said. The incident took place in the town of Greenfield on Aug. 15 just before 2 a.m., according to police.

The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.

Bodenstab was charged with first-degree criminal sex act and first-degree sexual abuse. He was arraigned in Greenfield Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
