A Greene County man has been sentenced to seven to 21 years in prison for driving drunk and killing a woman last September on Route 9W.

John Peterson of Coxsackie, was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide in the death of Danielle McKenna.

Peterson was driving under the influence over the Rip Van Winkle Bridge into Greene County, when the crash happened, according to police.
