Cyber tip leads to child pornography arrest in Albany

An Albany man is facing child pornography charges.

Buddy Blowers, 62, had images consistent with child sexual exploitation, state police said.

The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, investigators said.

Blowers was arrested at home and issued an appearance ticket and released.
