Hundreds of people were treated to traditional Indian dance and food in Guilderland this weekend.

The Capital District YMCA celebrated Diwali at its Guilderland branch.

Diwali is the festival of lights, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil.

Guilderland has one of the highest Hindu populations in Albany County.
