Domestic incident leads to charges for Albany man
An Albany man is facing weapons and drug charges in connection with a domestic incident.
Christopher M. Waters, 34, allegedly was involved in the incident on March 23 in Selkirk and leave the scene before officers arrived. An officer found Waters' vehicle at a Glenmont apartment complex. A .22-caliber pistol and a container with cocaine was found near the apartment complex, Bethlehem Police said on Friday.

Christopher M. Waters, 34, allegedly was involved in the incident on March 23 in Selkirk and left the scene before officers arrived. An officer found Waters’ vehicle at a Glenmont apartment complex. A .22-caliber pistol and a container with cocaine was found nearby, Bethlehem Police said on Friday.
The investigation determined the pistol and cocaine belong to Waters, according to police.
Waters was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a firearm.
He was arraigned in Bethlehem Town Court and sent to Albany County Jail. He is due back in court on June 4.
