Early morning fire keeps Troy emergency crews busy

An early Wednesday morning fire in Troy is under investigation.
The fire broke out around 5 a.m. on the 300 block of 2nd Street.
There was heavy fire on the first floor, according to firefighters.
A person suffered burns to the hands and was taken to Albany Medical Center, they said.
