Fence business owner faces more larceny charges
Fence business owner faces more larceny charges
A fence contractor already facing charges in Glenville is accused of other crimes in Saratoga and Warren counties.
James S. Butler, 31, owner of Trust A Fence, received more than $15,000 total from two victims last summer and fall to complete fence installations. Butler never started the projects and did not return their money, State Police said.
Butler was charged with two counts of grand larceny. He turned himself in last Friday and was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court. He was released on his own recognizance.
